African Milk Tree (aka Euphorbia trigona rubra)

    I am native to West Africa
  • Looks:

    My stems have three wing-like angles and carry short, sharp spines as well as leaves. Given the right condition I can grow into an impressive tree.
  • Height:

    In the pot I am up to 40cm high, but with care will tower ahead
  • Environment:

    I like a bright sunlight.
  • Flowers:

    I don't have flowers but I am a very striking plant.
  • Grooming:

    I don't need any pruning, but maybe the occasional dust to maintain the ruby beauty of my leaves.
  • Life Span:

    I can live a long time, in time I will become a tree.
  • Feeding:

    Water me occasionally, keep me in a free draining soil.
  • Fact:

    I am a pest-free plant. I produce latex which can be poisonous and an irritation to skin.
